When I was young, I learned not to put all my eggs in one basket and to never count my cookies before they were in the jar.
I apply the same principles to investing.
Personally, I like “high risk” investments .. as I’m all about percentage gains.
Every company has value... the question is..
Should I go LONG or SHORT?
When I decide to "GO LONG" on a stock, it's because I have a positive outlook on the company's performance and believe that the share price will increase in the near future. So, I buy shares in anticipation of it going up.
If I were to choose to "SHORT" a stock, it's because I have a negative outlook on the company's performance and believe that the share price will decrease in the near future. So I sell shares which I don’t own in anticipation of it going down, then buy them back and make the difference.
The easiest way to help your money grow is to talk about your investments. Know what you are invested in so you can discuss it with others.
Inform & Educate! A big reason penny stocks are so cheap is because nobody knows about them!
Get the word out!
Markets in general fluctuate, but “penny stock” fluctuations can be quite significant when you consider the percentage gains/losses.
I find a lot of opportunities to double my money.. but I always have to consider the liquidity issues that come along with “penny stocks”.
You don’t want to get caught with too many shares that you cannot sell.
In 2007, I was part of a small group, which were the first in the world to take Cannabis public. At that time, the investment community in general thought I had lost my mind and raising capital was an extremely difficult task.
Fast forward a couple years.. every institution and investor were franticly buying at extremely inflated prices, all while I was happily selling my shares and operations.
